From our foundation in the mid 1980s, Russell Hafter Holidays has always promoted rail travel to Europe. Today, increasing awareness of the impact of air travel on global warming, coupled with the general unpleasantness of the airport experience has resulted in renewed interest in travel to Europe by train. We can offer you a complete Tailor Made Rail Holiday service, producing packages of rail travel and selected hotel accommodation throughout Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
You do not have to book accommodation for every night that you are on holiday, so you are free to visit friends and relations too, or combine a holiday with a business trip. We do ask though that your package includes accommodation for at least 40% of the time that you are away.
